Error E3719 and E6084

Please help!!!, I have the following error after it crashed

E3719 - Unable to write to media. (MEDIA=9/22/06 10:00 PM [S/N: ], EC=CARTRIDGE NOT IN PLACE)
E6084 - Drive hardware error - servo or sensor [ABSL:3050 CMD:1h]

Server: Win2000 SP4
Arcserver: r11.5 SP2 (build 4232)
SCSI card: Adaptec SCSI card 29320A - Ultra320 (updated driver)

Sorry to say, but it looks like it is time to ck with Quantum support.
