I received the following error during Payroll Tax calculation: ERROR RECORD 00DENNOR missing from PR3xxx.soa. I clicked INFO and the message read: Error 11 Record not found or duplicate key on write. File PR3xxx. Program PRWUAA line 3120. Anyone have a solution?

First you should be posting on community.sagemas.com This is a free community for MAS users where users, resellers and Sage tech support post about MAS.

Second this just means that employee 00DENNOR is missing from the P/R Employee Tax Summary File. Is this employee being paid on this payroll?

Thanks for the info on where to post - my first time ever posting on the web. Yes, the employee is being paid on this payroll.
