Error during install Micros RES 3700 Prerquesite 5.6

Hello,

I am getting this error installing RES 3700 5.6 Prerequisite on Win7. This is an upgrade from version 5.4MR3 on the same machine.

Error 1721. There is a problem with this Windows Installer package. A program required for this install to complete could not be run. Contact your support personnel or package vendor. Action: unregister_sc_plugins_32, location: ...\scjview.exe-...

What version of java do you have installed?

Its an error with the SQL. Make sure you still have the SQL Anywhere 16 in Program Files (x86).

What can be the fix Moregelen? How do i install SQL anywhere. Im having the same issue
