Hi,

I'm trying to remove an extension from EMG. The operation stops when it's trying to delete a member of an ACD group.

If I look in the Feedback window it says:
ACGME:DIR=4591;
NOT ACCEPTED
AGENT LOGGED ON

Is it possible to see who is logged on? And how do I logoff the agent?

If you make
KSDDP:DIR=4591;
You will have the information on which DTS the agent is initiated.
Logoff the agent is made on the phone by typing the autorisation code for closing the position.

Hello,

Make sure that the agent is logged off.
You can check that by ACCSP command. First do KSDDP:DIR=xxxx; Take ADN number. Then do ACCSP:DIR=xxxx;
Now you can see the status of the agent.

Regards,
Kings1

Move the extension to any free equipment then put it back to its original equipment position. This will log off the agent. Then you can continue to whatever you are doing.

Ok. I tried to move the extension to any free equipment but it is not allowed...
ACGME:DIR=4591;
NOT ACCEPTED
AGENT LOGGED ON

And I tried to look at the status of the agent and it says:
KSDDP:DIR=4572;
KEY SYSTEM DIRECTORY DATA
DIR CUST EQU CAT ADN ODN CALALT
4572 001-0-32-10 6 1
4 5792 1
ACCSP:DIR=5792;
ACD MEMBER STATUS
DIR GRP STATE
5792 5800 UNAVAILABLE

State UNAVAILABLE... Any ideas?

Just make what Fouesnant write -
Logoff the agent is made on the phone by typing the autorisation code for closing the position.

Problem is that I don't know the code...
Is there a way to find out?

big chance this will work : *73*4572#

Yes *73*4572# worked. The agent showed as LOGGED OFF

ACCSP:DIR=5792;
ACD MEMBER STATUS
DIR GRP STATE
5792 5800 LOGGED OFF

And I was able to delete the extension.

Thanks for all help!
