Error Crystal Enterprise 9 Eportfolio Viewer

I was wondering if anyone else has encountered this error:

"Max Processing Time / Max records limited reached" [On Cache/Page Server: {servername}.pageserver

There is only one report generating this error, but only when viewed on demand, scheduling the report, or exports don't return this error. We have much larger reports that run without problems. This report has been running for the better part of 3 weeks without any complaints until this morning.
The settings have been increased on the server to compensate for this as far as cache settings go, still having this problem though.

Did a little forum searching, was able to find a solution.
