ERROR : CRAXDRT Help

Whenever I try to save a report from the web in excel, I get and error message which is as follow:

CRAXDRT Error has occured on Server: 2147190908: Failed to export the report

Does any one knows what the problem is and how can it be resolved ?
Plus when I try to export the report in another format like pdf it gives me an error as:

Invalid Export Type Specified.

Any ideas or ways to solve these issue.

I was having the same problem until today. If you are using an older version of the rptserver.asp file you will get the above errors. I have downloaded and installed the rptserver.asp for version 8.5 and it works like a champ. Go to

http://support.crystaldecisions.com/fix/topdownloads.asp

and download the ASP samples for Crystal reports.

Replace your rptserver.asp with one from one of the samples.
