We could learn a lot from crayons. Some are sharp, some are pretty and some are dull. Some have weird names and all are different colours but they all live in the same box.

Please read FAQ222-2244 before you ask a question

2003 PPT and Adobe 6.0. A presentation for executives, with graphs, pictures and other boring stuff.

Try to convert from the file save as, and the adobe button on power point toolbar.

Graphs pictures and other boring stuff are:

a: linked to other office apps
b: pasted as office objects
c: pasted as pictures

???

...the fact that you have an adobe button on the toolbar indicates that you are using some form of add-in / conversion software as Save As > PDF is not natively available to PPT. Would suggest that your error is being caused by the 3rd party tool that is attempting to do the conversion

it has worked perfectly fine until this weekend.

that's nice but I am saying that it is probably not PPT or Adobe that is causing the error - it is more than likely the 3rd party app. Your best option would be to contact the vendors of this software

the vendor is adobe! It is an adobe plugin for PPT files.

You'd never think how many problems Adobe's "PDFMaker.dot" for Word can cause! :p

Try this:
Open Adobe, click file->create PDF->from file

If it works, the problem lies within the Add-In.

Perhaps a repair installation will do the trick then.

He was trying to add multiple files to the PDF. He wanted to add a lot of XLS files, 1 ppt, and a few word documents and make them one big PDF.

The Workaround he did was create each file into PDF indivually them add those PDF's into one big one, and it worked that way.

I am going to uninstall and reinstall.
