Error Connecting to dbase dbf file

When I try and connect to a dbase dbf file I get a crystal reports database error "PDBBDE error: Unable to locate idapi32.dll"?

Does anyone know what this means?

I too have this problem. I used to use Visual Dbase 5.5 and used Crystal Reports 8.5 to run reports off of the database.
I upgraded to Visual Dbase 7.1 and my Crystal will no longer work with databases created with Dbase 7.1

I have search the web, and can't find any indication that there should be a problem with crystal and these dbf files.

I am getting desperate!
