the expression on click you entered as the event property setting produced the following error while wcs collections was communicating with the ole server or activex control

Private Sub DIAL_HOME_Click()
On Error GoTo Err_DIAL_HOME_Click

Dim stAppName As String

stAppName = "C:\Program Files\CounterPath\X-Lite 4.exe -dial=Me!Home_Phone"
Call Shell(stAppName, 1)

Exit_DIAL_HOME_Click:
Exit Sub

Err_DIAL_HOME_Click:
MsgBox Err.Description
Resume Exit_DIAL_HOME_Click

End Sub

I'm not sure how the program works but I expect it won't understand "Me!Home_Phone". Minimally I would try:
Code:
stAppName = "C:\Program Files\CounterPath\X-Lite 4.exe -dial=" & Me!Home_Phone
