I have a few error codes displaying in Monitor. Some of which are easy enough to remedy (need to insert a tape) Others seem a little more complicated. We have 60 channels recorded from a S8710 Avaya Switch, which supports about 150 phones. Incoming call volume is about 10-20 calls at any given moment. We are using NICE 8.9.
1 - 1453 - ???
2 - 1408 - CLS_REC_VOICE_LOGGER_NOT_ENOUGH_LOGGER_
RESOURCES (there are not enough
resources)
3 - 700 - Low Statistics Alarm: On 2 input channel(s)
4 - 715 - high Statistics Alarm: On 0 input channel(s)
I referenced the following documents, but it really did not help me much.
Any assistance would be appreciated. Thank you
