I have a few error codes displaying in Monitor. Some of which are easy enough to remedy (need to insert a tape) Others seem a little more complicated. We have 60 channels recorded from a S8710 Avaya Switch, which supports about 150 phones. Incoming call volume is about 10-20 calls at any given moment. We are using NICE 8.9.


1 - 1453 - ???
2 - 1408 - CLS_REC_VOICE_LOGGER_NOT_ENOUGH_LOGGER_
RESOURCES (there are not enough
resources)
3 - 700 - Low Statistics Alarm: On 2 input channel(s)
4 - 715 - high Statistics Alarm: On 0 input channel(s)

I referenced the following documents, but it really did not help me much.

Any assistance would be appreciated. Thank you

Well... let me try to help you...

What is your type of recording?

And if u make a query what is the status of the calls?

If u post your mail i could send u the Exception Errors List.
 
we are doing pseudo 100% recording. We realize that if we get more than 60 calls the #61 and on will not be recorded until a channel opens up.

and we have IP phones.
