Audix is not answering with correct greeting at times.

I have mtce error codes 7802 and 7804. I reset card in slot 5.

What next, I have 2 (slot 5 and 8) 012 TTR and have flip flop them.

Thanks

Ron

Ron, are those two error codes pointing to SLOT 5?

I would really wonder if perhaps you something pointed wrong going to the Audix or maybe within the Audix, rather than some type of error in the Legend.

Also, could you post your system setup?

That may give us a clue as well....

Codes point to slot 5

We moved the 8 ports on Audix from slot 8 to 5 and Audix. Customer is cutting back to just 1 carrier.

If "Annie" Audix is not answering correctly at all times, then she is not getting the correct mode-codes from the switch. Re-check the extensions in the hunt group and confirm that they are correct, check the extensions in Audix to make sure they are correct and lastly verify that, when called directly, each port answers with the default greeting (the number you called----)
You can watch on the Audix monitor function under "voice system" and see if the ports are answering, and if you get the "cim" default.
Mode-Code is kind of a "don't care" setup as far as port order is concerned, but "Annie" can get a knot in her knickers once in a while.
