Error Code

I have an error code reading Error 75 on the receptionist phone. Does anyone have an idea of what the means and how to resolve that issue?

The systems t-1 may have gone down on the CLEC side.
press clear- and watch for further occurrences. It may have just been a temporary glitch from the CO

This has been happening a few times per day for about two weeks now if that helps?

this error has been occuring for about two weeks with no interuption in T1 service.

What steps should I take?

Check CSU Stats and active alarms when you get a alarm 75. If the CSU stats says out of frame or any other error then you possibly have a bad T1 card or clock card. If the active alarm says No TEI, then you lost sync with the telco.

Call the CLEC or call a nortel tech who has the equipment needed to test T-1's.
