Error Code: SCH3942, on CS1000E 7.5 Adding sets on 16-35.

When adding units on CS1000e 7.5, Trying to program units on a MGATE card LCSU, when I get to unit 16 I get Error Code: SCH3942
Error Message: For Touchphone and M2000 series digital sets, this feature cannot be defined for this key number (17-35).
Severity: Info.
this error. Any Sugguestions? I have downloaded the lastest Dep list, no help.

If your trying to build 2616 or 2008 there is no Key 16

They are 2616 and 2008, I am not adding a key 16, I am adding a unit 16-32 on MICB card. They are build as acd phones, I have nother on those keys.

When do you get this error? At what prompt? How about the other TNs programmed? What Card Type did you make this when you started building these? This isn't supposed to be about guessing what you are doing.

All the units I build from 0 to 15 are good, it's when I get to the 16-31, I am using the same type 2616. and on the cp agents 2008.

The error code you are describing is referring to Keys not TN's you may want to rethink what you are doing

have you tried to set cls FLXA for units 16 to 31, I think that could be the issue

I have always added FLXA to the CLS of the phones programmed on units 0-15, and never had problems adding sets to the data units (16-31) after that.

Hey guys, the flxa fixed the issue, the problem was I was trying to add it through the phone GUI on UCM and the switch want to see the flxa first before adding the acd. I did it mannually and it worked by inserting the flxa vce and wta in that order. Thanks for you help.
