ERROR CODE exp12

In NICE QUERY CLS have erros in the status colum : exp12.
I do not have a list of errors to consult.
Please if someone knows that he signifies. .....

JR01,

exp012 means "voice recording failed". in the status field, error code should read as "E12xxxx", tell me this xxxx and i will tell you what kind of problem it is.

I have same error with e12310.. I hope you can help me to describe this number error..

310: CLS_SE_LOGGER_COMM_FAIL. NiceCLS Server received a failure while communicating with a NiceLog Voice Logger, either a communication error or an error indication from the Logger.

i'd suggest to check network link between cls server and the logger.
