error code 31,003,42:7110

I get this error code and I'm trying to figure it out to see what is going on with my printer.

I have a phaser 850n that gives me this error message, do you know what it could mean is there a manual I could buy for this machine like a service manual that would state what these codes are.

Declared when the sensors around the preheater exit sensor
indicate the presence or absence of media contrary to that
indicated by the preheater exit sensor. This is usually caused by a piece of media stuck in the preheater exit sensor.
31,003.42 Use diagnostics sensor tests to locate the blocked sensor.
I have found that this code can be cleared sometimes by taking card stock and manually running it thru the paper path (using the lower rollers on the preheater to move the card stock). This will push the jammed paper out of the path. If you can not run the card stock thru the paper path then you will need to disassemble the machine and visually check the sensors.
