Error code 3 and 5 before upgrading to V9 on NS500

I have an erorr before upgrading to v9 on ns500.
Error code 5 and 3 that stop all extention card.
Ihad this same errors before on ns1000 that solve with reserve bit.
please help.

My problem is solved.
My problem was a network issue caused by network loop packet.
And I did a factory reset once.
