ERROR: CIL transfer FAILED

Hi,

I have a big problem with any incoming and tranfer call:

05050855 00010 NI 7480 600123456 00 7391
05050855 00005 J 7488 7478 00 7488
05050855 00205 T 7488 0050010000 00 7488

7480 is ACD Group
7391 is ADN in 7478 ODN
7488 is an extension
ROU=51 --> LIM=1
Release BC12 SP3

The A-number in transfer call is "0050010000", but the real number is "600123456".

Why?????

10E is the field that defines your problematic number.
First of all, you could change it to a larger register (20E, for example) so you could see all the number (it is trunqued to its firs 10 digits), and watch the results.
Meanwhile,you could see your PARNUM=103 (ASPAPARNUM=103):
0 => Shows the number with LCR prefix
1 => Shows only the dialed number
The number is external, but the "T" character indicates that is a transferred call...
Maybe that's why LCR prefix is inserted...

Do you know if on 7488 display shows the number correctly (600123456) or something like "external"?
I say this because I think it's not a problem of CIL but MD transfer calls identification, where I could hardly help...
