Error changing licensing (W2K server)

Hi all
I've decided to change from per server to per seat, am I okay proceeding when the error message says :
"License violoation. You have requested a change that violoates the license agreement. The license for this product only allows for a one-time change from a Per server to a Per seat connection"

Is it okay to click 'no' and proceed?

Will I have to do this on our other two servers too?

Am I okay going ahead and changing to 'per seat' or am I stuck with 'per server' ?

I'm getting the same error message on all three servers, will I have to rebuild the servers in order to use 'per seat' licensing?
