I am getting the message "can't communicate with server group, verify network connectivity and that machines are operating within group" when trying to access Symantec System Center. I've looked on the Symantec site and stopped and started several services per instructions listed. I'm still getting the message. Has anyone else had this problem and how did you resolve it? I'm getting close to the conclusion that I need to uninstall and reinstall but would like to avoid this if at all possible. This is happening with Symantec AntiVirus Corporate Edition (version 8.6). We are still getting updates for virus definitions, but for some reason we are unable to access the console center. We are also unable to install the client on individual machines. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
