Error by adding new published apps

We have a MetaFrame XPe FR1 farm with 4 servers all in german since a couple of months. yesterday we recognised that we can't copy (with F8) or add new published applications.
After pressing the F8-button following error is on the screen:

The application data in the Citrix server farm could not be written. Error-code c0050006/80060004

can someone tell me, what here goes wrong?
and how i can fix it?

1.The localhost cache of the MetaFrame data store may be corrupted. To resolve the issue, rebuild the localhost cache database as described in Document ID CTX759510.

2. The Citrix Manangement Console version is 1.0 or 1.1 and is logged in to a MetaFrame XP non-Feature Release 2 server that is part of a Feature Release/Service Pack 2 Farm. Make the farm modifications when logged into a MetaFrame XP Feature Release 2 server with version 1.2 of the Citrix Manangement Console.

the ima database on the primary MF-server was corrupt.
So i stopped the ima service, replaced the mf20.mdb with a backup and started the service again.

Is that a known problem, that the access-db sometimes goes corrupt?

It can happen. An Access database is not as robust as a SQL or Oracle database.
