Error bij backing files from another server 1

I got the next error bij arcserver backup:

AW0004 07/05/2007 23:26:08 466 5 Failed to open file <C:\WINDOWS\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v2.0.50727\CONFIG\enterprisesec.config.cch.756.92927937>. RC=5, Access is denied

This error occur when I try to backup files from another server.
I can find the right solution.
Do you know the right solution?

Use the Client Agent when backing up remote servers.
Install the ARCserve service pack at the server and client ends.

I use Arcserver 11.1 and I use also Client agent to backup all de servers.

Make sure the user provided for the security information a member of the backup user group.

Hi pachichous,

You can also apply a filter to this file; these files will get automatically recreated in the event of a restore and I haven't found any reason that they MUST be backed up.

Here is what I have applied to some of my windows backups running .NET: (Modify backup, choose filter, file filter). I am assuming that you are doing a full backup (solid green at the root).

File filter: C:\WINDOWS\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v2.0.50727\CONFIG\enterprisesec.config.cch*
and
C:\WINDOWS\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v2.0.50727\CONFIG\security.config.cch*
