Error backing up Sharepoint

I am using BE 10 and have the Sharepoint Option installed.

The backup completed and had backed up 248GB of data. I got an error that the job failed with the below errors:

Backup- SHAREPOINT

Error: STS_sharepoint_1 is a component of a SharePoint server farm. Use the Agent for Microsoft SharePoint Portal Server to protect this database.

Error: SPS01_Config_db is a component of a SharePoint server farm. Use the Agent for Microsoft SharePoint Portal Server to protect this database.

Error: CubicPor1_SITE is a component of a SharePoint server farm. Use the Agent for Microsoft SharePoint Portal Server to protect this database.

Error: CubicPor1_SERV is a component of a SharePoint server farm. Use the Agent for Microsoft SharePoint Portal Server to protect this database.

Error: CubicPor1_PROF is a component of a SharePoint server farm. Use the Agent for Microsoft SharePoint Portal Server to protect this database.

Error: CCC Sharepoint is a component of a SharePoint server farm. Use the Agent for Microsoft SharePoint Portal Server to protect this database.

My job includes checkmarking:

remote selections\ms windows network\domain\sharepoint_server_name

and

remote selections\ms sharepoint server farms\sharepoint_server_name

I am guessing my DBs are actually backing up, but I am trying to back them up in 2 places by checking both of the above? Can someone verify this or recommend what to do to be sure my entire sharepoint server is being backed up correctly? Thanks!
