Our Microsoft Exchange Server 5.5 is not working. The service stopped due to not enough disk space. We liberated some disk space, and this happens frequently and we restart the system and it is ok. Now when we try to restart Microsoft Exchange Information Store, it comes out with error 4294965485. ¿What does it mean? ¿How can we recover the system? If a restore of a backup is necessary, for what files?

¿Too many questions? Thank you very much

the event id reported for Store is 7024. obviously, some other services like IMS cannot start and report event id 1068 (for dependencies). ¿Some idea? Thank you very much.

Monika, take a look at this article on the Microsoft KB. It mentions the specific error number you are getting with reference to the database stopping abnormally. It appears to be a problem with the checkpoint file pointing to a non existant log file. It may give you some ideas for restarting your databases, but it does warn though that some of the steps it describes can cause even more serious problems.

Exactly. This is what happened. ¿Anyone who has experienced the same problem could succesfully recover the system? Now we are talking with Microsoft technics, and the say we probably must recover a backup of all the system. Thanks.
