After reveive my emails via POP3, the apache server had an error ,caused the site can not work . Why?

Error after reveive POP3 mails.

I can reveive partial POP3 mails, about 3 mails, and then the server stop work.

I can reveive partial POP3 mails, about 3 mails, and then the server stop work.
POP your mail. Then ping the server to see if you get a response. If you don't then likely the firewall is blocking you. I had this issue with the Firebox firewall/router.

1.I reveived my mail, then the mail server and the web server(Apache) both stops, and the server give a response by ping it: Ping request could not find host...
2.But on another computer, i can ping my server, you are right, but how to resolve the problem?

On your firewall you should turn off IP auto-blocking (ping probes) on port 110.

Just to clarify. When you do the action above, your router will not temporarily block your IP when you pop your mail.
I assume this has to do with the way the firewall interprets the POP3 connection.
