error access violation

I using acad 14 with xp professional and i got problem .I'm losing drawing or acad stop running .error massage which a'm receving is UNHANDLED ACCESS VIOLATION EXEPTION AT 923 EAH.
please any suggestions

You may want to do a Keyword search in this forum. That is a fairly common question.
