error 736 on DUN into BCM

Help!
I am quite new to the BCM, trained by Nortel in May. I have been trying to set up remote access to our dem kit over BRI.
The BCM answers, verifies username and password, then i get the Registering on network message, then I get
TCP/IP CP reported error 736. The remote computer terminated the control protocol.

Could anyone be so kind as to push me in the right direction on this.

I have completely removed the remote access settings in the BCM and re-applied. Getting exactly the same. Tried from other PC's, getting the same error.

Any assistance would be greatly received.

The easiest way to set up remote access is to connect a copper line into the v.90 modem port or install a ATAII on a digital station port and connect the output of the ATAII to the v.90 modem port. The the log on is the standard user name and password.
