Hi all,
I have a 3Com VPN Firewall configured for the external users to connect to the network through VPN. I use PPTP. This part of the VPN implementations works well. But now I want them to log on to the domain also, so I´ve check the logon to windows domain option in the Windows XP VPN connection properties.
Now when my users try to connect they get the error message "Error 691: Access denied because username and/or password is invalid on the domain". The username and passwords on the VPN device are the same as in the domain.
Is there someone who can help me with this problem? I am thinking in the direction of the Windows Server 2003 part and authentication...
