Error 553 using Outlook Express V6

One of my clients is receiving an error when he is trying to send email. Error 553 - Server Rejected Senders E-mail Address.

I have look this error message up on the net and one response suggested deleting the outbox files. I have done this and also upgraded the OE to the lastest version, (OE 6). This did not solve the error.

The email address he is using is is fine.

Any help would be appreciated.

He is using our corporate email server, Exchange 5.5

What I mean is, do you connect via Compuserve, Earthlink or whom??
