Error (-5004 : 0x0070005) when trying to install

I'm trying to install Photoshop on my computer, but when running InstallShield, I get the following error:

An error (-5004 : 0x0070005) has occured while running the setup.

Please make sure you have finished any previous setup and closed other applications. If the error still occurs, please contact your vendor: Adobe (

http://www.adobe.com).

Does anyone know how I can fix this?

try to unistall photoshop, it might have something to do with that.
