error 404

I'm trying to trouble shoot a program while the designer is on vacation. It's a 3 tier which uses a class to export reports to excel. when I try to step through the code I get an "automation error...This system cannot find the path specified" The code calls a new instance of the class object using the createobject() The code worked yesterday and I don't know why my machine would blow up????

the code it goes on is

Dim NewRpt as BRDDReports1.clsReport
Set NewRpt = CreateObject("BRDDReports1.clsReport&quot

when it hits the set statement it blows with the error 404

help....please
