Error 3802 Invlaid File Header Signature

Has anybody run into this issue with Arcserve 9? I'm trying to merge an Arcserve 2000 backup tape set (5 tapes total) into a new tape library. I've tried 2 different sets of tapes already. Everytime I run it I get the same 3 errors. Error 3802, error 3887, and then error 3841. The merge then fails and the session never gets merged. Any ideas from anybody? I had previously gotten this to work with the same equipment (just different tapes) not more then a week ago. With these two sets of tapes though it doesn't seem to work.

Thanks for the idea but I already have 9.01 installed on both of my systems. Still errors out and doesn't complete.
