Error 3402 Unable to create file.

Hi all,
I am trying to do a restore from an arcserve backup tape (Arcserve2000) and I keep getting this message I have tried different tapes restoring to different locations and I keep getting this message!!!
Any ideas whats up?
Arcserve tech help is useless as usual

The exact message is
W3402 Unable to create file (filename)EC=File exists

The file doesnt exist in the location I am trying to back up to???

I am trying to restore unix data to a Win2000 machine, I restored the same data to a location on the unix machine and it worked fine???

You cannot restore the data which has been backed up using unix agent from a unix box to win2000 server.

Restore the data to a unix box using the unix agent.
