Error 335544370 when starting Information Store after restore

I am getting an error 3355443730 after a restore of a Microsoft Exchange Information Store using Arcserve 6.5

Exchange is 5.5 SP4
O/s is NT4 Sp6a

Restore is sucessful
Restore in progress key looks OK
High and Low Log files Correspond to Restore in Progress key
Server name is same as original
Path of restore is same as original

Seems that Exchange cannot replay the log files into the database

HI.

If you wish to restore to the time of the backup, without the need to replay newer log files, then you can simply delete (or safer move) all files from MDBDATA and then restore the databases.

If you want to try and replay the log files you will need to make sure all the log files are in the correct order, check out Microsoft Q article 142782.

Problem now solved
Circular logging needs to be turned off for Dorectory and Info Stores - needs to be same as original server

Delete the RestoreInProgress Key .. It's interfering with your Log-playback. The logfiles that the RestoreInProgress Key points to have already been played and is failing the service.
