Error 3111 and 3006

We have a Windows 2000 Server with Pervasive 2000. We are getting "Unknown Btrieve Errotr 3111 encountered while attemting to access file ..." followed by "Unknown Btrieve Error 3006 encountered while attempting to access file ...". It has happened on a few workstations, but consistant on one workstation. It happens sometimes when accessing the Queue Manager, or sometimes when opdning Platinum. When we reboot the workstation, then it`s ok for a short time.

I enabled the auto-reconnect function in Pervasive SQL and also disconnected and remapped the network drives, but neither seemed to help.

Any suggestions are welcome.

We were given a number of possible solutions from Platinum, but none seemed to help.

We were then told to uninstall Platinum and Pervasive and reinstall. Unfortunately the errors continued after doing this.

Finally, someone from PFW support suggested turning on the Pervasive Auto-Reconnect on both the workstation and server. I tried this last week and the error has not occurred since. It didn't appear to affect performance, given we have a newer server with ample memory, running Win 2000. The workstation is running Windows 2000 Prof. and has 128 MB RAM.
