Hi.
Pervasive SQL2000i
Novell server
win 98 clients
All client computers are exactly the same machines. We bought them all at the same time from the same vendor. This network and software has run fine for 4 yrs. Recently we had to change the NIC in the fileserver. Now, I can log into the server ok w/ any machine. When I try to run our accounting software it works on some of the machines. All other machines give me 2 errors:
File name: PSSYSCHECK.DAT (System check)
Error #: 3105 (No available transport protocol Layer)
Operation: open
Key: primary
File name: PSSYSCHECK.DAT (System check)
Error # 3014 (Btrieve router cannot find an engine)
Operation: create
Key: primary
There is nothing wrong w/ novell since most of the clients can connect and run the software no problem. Its something w/ the some of the clients but I can't figure out what is wrong. I've read all I know to read, searched this bbs, but I'm just stumped. Everything I know how to check on the clients is identical.
Any help would be appreciated.
Take care.
