error 1305 when installing corel draw 10.

I had corel draw 10 loaded on windows 98 with no problem.
Got a new computer with windows xp(sp1) home edition and when I go to install corel draw 10 to windows xp (sp1) home edition I keep getting this error message.
ERROR 1305.ERROR READING FROM FILE E:\corel graphics10\filters\IESVG100.FLT verify that file exists and that you can access it. Don't know why!! Corel draw 10 should be compatible with xp. Could the disk got corrupt?? Or what could be the problem?

One more thing!!!!
When I open the appropriate folder!!
This file is the only one I can access and open in notepad!!
