Error 13 while bckg'up Page_Library*.nsf -Disable OTM?

Hello All!

Short one....

We´re using NetBackup 4.5 MP6.
VSP_USE is set to NO

I´m getting the Code 13/14 while backing up Page_Library***********.nsf files from our Quickplace Server (it´s a Notes-Application).

I wanted to try to disable OTM also.
Can I disable OTM (OTM_USE = NO) only via Registry?

Symantec Support told me it may result in a bluescreen when booting next time.... I can´t belive that.....

How should I proceed?

Why not go into host properties>clients>(client) and disable OTM there.

Disable VSP and OTM there, then try the backup. Just don't expect to be able to recover those file's if they are open(in use) when you back them up.
