Receive this error when trying to run an open purchase order report.

Error
Record: B01522 is missing from IM1UNI.SOA

Details
Error 11 Record not found or Duplicate key on write
Program: POWRCC Line 1310

Error Information
File: IM1UNI.SOA IM1 I/M Inventorz Master File
Channel: 3
Key: "B01522 "
Last Channel Opened: 32755
Last Channel Accessed: 3

Application: Purchase Order 4.10
L/M Level: 4.10

I had a similar error the other day for a different part number but it related to Sales Orders when accessing Sales Order Inquiry through Inventory Inquiry. I resolved that by rebuilding the SO sort files.

I tried rebuilding the IM sort files for this issue since it seems like its holding on to part numbers that no longer exist, like the B01522 seen above.

Any suggestions would be great.

Thanks,

Trevor

The following is from Sage (Resolution ID 1190)

Error 11 POWRCC 1310, when printing an Open Purchase Order Report

Entry Type: Informational

Product: Sage MAS 90 ERP, Sage MAS 200 ERP, Sage MAS 200 ERP - SQL Server Edition

Application: Purchase Order

Version Reported: n/a

Subject:
Error 11 POWRCC 1310, when printing an Open Purchase Order Report

Possible Resolution:
The item number from the error is currently on an open purchase order and this item number does not exist in the Inventory Masterfile (IM1) If Data File Display and Maintenance of the IM1 file was used to delete the item or if a rebuild key files of IM1 had been performed and this item(record) was removed by the rebuild and the item was not been reentered then this error will occur.

To resolve the error, the item will need to be reentered in Inventory Maintenance. Use the exact same key. If this item needs to be deleted from inventory then use Inventory Management Utilities / Item Delete/Renumber/Merge Utility.

Thanks jready. I will give this a shot and post the results.
