Erroe mesaage deleting a Multiline appearance on Mitel IP phone

I have tried to delete a multiline appearance from Mitel 5324 IP phone, but receive the following error massage- "The directory number cannot be configured as a key appearance because the primary hosts do not match". I have no idea what the error means. Need help !

Turn off resiliency, then try to delete the key
