Folks,

I wonder if anyone has this issue. Everyday I get about 30 to 40 ERR9032 errors. This seems to happen when a channel on my PRI is in use and then when the using party hangs up, it goes into lockout and a few seconds later becomes IDLE. Does anyone have experience with this or familiar with a solution.

What release level is your PBX?

But is you install the following patches, you should get rid of those errors. They are associated with PRI circuits going into lockout

mplr18368
mplr16864
mplr19572

Have your vendor install these patches. They can do so without service interruption.
