hello all, i have an op 61c, with 2 flexpaths and 2 pri, the carrier changed ther switch to a soft switch..my problem is since the change i'm getting err5525 errors, i know it has something to do with caller id..any one else aware of this error???? thanks for any input
 
This is what the Helmsman resouce says about the error. Doesn't look like any major issue.


ERR5525 Parsing of name information received.
Action:
Severity: Info. Critical to Monitor: No. SNMP trap: Yes
 
thanks for the reply, just spoke to the carrier, they have another 61c with the same problem, if i have the carrier turn name disply off then the errors go away. hopefully the carrier will get this fixed....thanks again
 
you've got a good carrier, stay with them.. 99 out of a 100 always blame the pbx end
