err5417 and err020

Option 81C Lightning strikes in the area, now I have all kinds of stuff going on. I have to drive up to the site (Flagstaff from Phoenix) want to bring up correct parts. Can you remote sysload an 81 like you can an 11? Appreciate any help!
1.How do I find out TN from "internet format"? CONV in LD 32 does not work

tttt = the TN the message was sent to in internet format
mmmm = the message contents

2. 3 is my long distance loop and 24 the D channel. I disabled the D channel and loop and then re-enabled, still getting messages
