ERR4291 Attendant MOH 1

So a few months back I changed the MOH route from 6 to 7 for some testing purposes. Today I was doing some cleanup and removed route 6 since I believed I changed all ACD's and Routes to Murt 7. Once I removed MOH route 6 I started getting the ERR4219 6 0 errors when the attendant puts anyone on hold. I tested this and I get dead air when put on hold, only from the attendant. I have checked the CDB and all ACD's and I cannot find anything pointing to route 6. Again, this only happens when an attendant puts someone on hold. Here is my CDB, maybe I am missing something...

It's on a Trunk Route - you have the wrong MRT on a route. Fastest way to spot it is print out all Trunk routes and look at the MRT for each

Believe me I have checked every route multiple times. I even pasted everything I could think of in an excel sheet and searched just to make sure I wasnt missing something. As a matter of fact I am using your BARS Report spreadsheet to help, I am just adding sheets to it with other programming records I like to keep. By the way, your tools have been outstanding for record keeping!

Is there anything outside of ACD, CDB, or RDB that would cause it?

If you are using multi-tenant then the music route might be defined in LD 93.
Music route can also be assigned in the Call Park data block in LD 50.

There is no TN 6 0 2 3 but through some testing I believe that it is telling me route 6 member 0, and the 2 3 is a PRI TN. When I call from internally and the attendant puts me on hold I get "ERR4291 6 0 152 0 0 13" - 152 0 0 13 being the TN of my phone. However, we just had a shift change and the music on hold is magically working but not the way I expect it to. When the new operator puts me on hold (and hits release) I get MOH but also locked to the console and she has to pick me up and release me with the following error on the TTY each time I tested:

ACTIVECR of the PTN is updated with the wrong Call Register.

I do see this error in the history every couple weeks or so and had not determined what it is yet, I suppose I know what it is related to now at least. I want to do some more troubleshooting while watching the previous operator to make sure she is indeed putting me on hold correctly. I appreciate the help!

Stanley...I think you may have nailed it. I found MURT 6 in LD 50 and removed it. I bet the operator was parking me and not putting me on hold. Thank you both very much for the help!
