Hi, it is CS1000e Release 5 with all CPPM/MGC/SS/MC32s patches and loadware updated till date. I have 5 sites having these systems, i randomly gets ERR008 error in random site every month and Speech path gets one way, that error doesnt appear in all MGC loop rather to a specific loop and that loop extension dials each other OK but when the dial other MGC loop, speech path is one way. These all sites are standalone. Is this error known issue??
The problem resolves automatically or SYSLOAD of whole system.
Any help?

i've had this one few times. its a DSP error try loading upto date patch/ loadware & force the CSU. then out all your DSP's & re build them.

Remember if it doesn't work hit it harder
