Hi all,

Does anybody know whether the text defintions that display on the screen when you do an >ERR DTC103 (or any other error code) are stored on the hard-disks anywhere in plain text format that I can import to a CSV or TXT file?

This is the info I'm talking about

System is locked to primary clock reference.
R16
Severity: Minor

I was thinking that this information is pulled from somewhere on the switch or does it reside in the SL1 application code?

I need to automate alarm notification, matching the alarms to the help text. I am using HP OpenView to receive the SNMP alarms, but I want to match it with the help text and send out email notifications to customers.

Just saw that spreadsheet of yours GHTROUT, and it looks perfect!!

Thanks.
