try entering an HLOC and LSC (last 4 digits of the main number will work) to see if that makes a difference.

Thanks trvlr1, I'm not on site so an acutal test is going to have to wait , but I still recieve the SCH6710 when changing DN's CLID

Testing still provides unknown CLID to called number.
When I change a Digital set with the CLID table required I do NOT recieve the SCH6710 error , however the CLID out put is incorrect.
Anybody else have an idear?

To send out individual DID number for each phone
HNTN = NPA (123)
HLCL = NXX (456)
DIDN = yes (DID # = 2222)
System will send out 123-456-2222

To send out same number for every phone (i.e. main business number)
HNTN = NPA (123)
HLCL = NXX (4567890)
DIDN = NO
System will send out 123-456-7890

I notice in entry 3 you have HLCL as 10 digit, although the system will allow up to 12 digits, I wonder if it is a formatting issue. Try one of the above and see what happens.
