I'm working on an Opt 11 and I'm getting ERR 5098 and ERR 5106. I have 3 analog cards that aren't functioning. They all show idle when I stat them. The first card has a blinking red light on it(once in a while), the other 2 are solid red. Any ideas??
Thanks in advance.

the solid red are out of service ( disabled)

I know that the cards are disabled, but they don't show it when I stat them. I tried disabling the first card and bringing back into service but once I disabled the card it "showed all ports disabled" and wouldn't let me do a ENLC. That's when I got the ERR codes.

r there any ports set up on the cards or are they empty of TN's

disc x with x=to your card number

When you reseat the card, look for the 3 flashes on the LED on the front. That is a basic sanity test. You may get a false positive once in a while, but if the 3 flashes ae not there, assume the card is faulty.

When I did a stat on the cards (before I did anything else) the tn's all showed idle. After I did the disc x and enlc x (card three was the one I tried this on) the tn's wouldn't come out of being disabled. I reseated the card and saw it do the sanity test but it continues to flicker every 30 seconds or so. I haven't done anything with the 2 other cards that are showing OOS. I'm assuming that these cards are bad and needing to be replaced. They have had terrible power problems and the system has been down a lot. And yes, all 3 cards have programmed tn's on them.
Thanks
