Hi everyone,

i am new on this forum and i hope you can help me with a nasty proble i'm having with an iPecs telephone system. I needed to change some configuration on that, so i tried to login onto it with a web browser via the LAN port, but the page isn't displayed, but i can ping it correctly. I attach you some photos:
Thank for the support, Matteo

Hi Matteo

You could try
Is there a port at the end it uses?

You could try an older version of a web browser? Downgrade your IE to an earlier version or download QT Web

Ive used the above to log onto earlier versions of LIK systems.

Hope this helps.

Mr Phones.

Hy Mr. Phones,

thanks for your help. I have tried qtweb, but same thing: the webpage does not respond, but i can ping it with no problems. I am afraid the technician has disabled the web access. Is there a way to enable it via the main phone i posted you on the photos or to connect with serial console? Thank you

Hi Matteo

The pics show your system being an MG or similar so im unsure if it can be blocked or not. I would be looking at the port to use. Most UK resellers change the port to connect through. I've seen 8888, 8081, 4001, 4444, 5000 and the list goes on.

There is a way via serial but someone else on here will need to advise on that one mate, sorry.

Thank you for replying Mr Phones. I will try to change the ports the next week, now i have tried port 80, 443. I will let you know.

Matteo

Hi
I am battling to set up sip trunks ipecs emg.Vodacom provider voice

If you use something like the Solar Winds port Scanner, it will show you which oprts are open on the system IP address. I've had to use to get into systems previously when their existing maintainer has gone bust. Also if you are go into the maintenance menu and do maint> web tls off it resets the web port back to 80

is it MFIM system?

you can login via a serial cable.

then input command
web tls 0

you can then try to login again via https.
