Equinox shared control on Powered By

Hi

We have a deployment of Powered By and the customer is using Equinox for Windows.
They would like to use Shared Control but the option to use the deskphone is not available in the Equinox client.

The Deskphones and PCs are on different LANs using different public IP addresses - is this the problem?

I was unable to find anything in the docs that said they must be on the same network for shared control.

What versions both? Desk phone control is pretty recent.

@Davea2 this only became availablewith 11.0.2 then it's a pretty standard feature
